Hi, I’m Connie. I have over 15 years of experience as a mental health practitioner in Singapore before I moved to Canada in 2020. I support and facilitate individuals in their growth to help them develop the skills and capacities to navigate their lives with confidence and compassion so that that they can manage their life challenges more effectively. I have experience with a broad range of issues: from anxiety and stress management, relationships, life transitions to loss and grief. As a mindfulness practitioner and teacher, my therapeutic approach is person-centred with a focus on the spiritual and compassionate capability of the individual.
I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Master’s in Counselling and am currently pursuing my postgrad in Social Work. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and Registered Counsellor with Singapore Association for Counselling.
I am fluent in English and Mandarin.
