As we will require reasonable time to process the request and communicate with you about your concerns and letting you how if may affect your rights, your access to your services and liability to us, we shall seek to process your request within 10 business days.

Please note that withdrawing your consent does not affect our right to collect, use and disclose personal data without your consent where it is permitted or required under applicable laws. 

 

8. Your Access and Correction of Personal Data

You have the right to (i) check whether we hold personal data about you, (ii) access any personal data we hold about you; and (iii) require us to correct any inaccuracies or errors in any personal data we hold about you. You will need submit your request in writing and email it to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below

  2. Please note that a reasonable administrative fee may be charged for such request. We will inform you of the fee before processing your request. 

  3. As we require a reasonable time to process your request, we will inform you the status or outcome of your request in 30 days.

 

9. Privacy Policy Updates

We may revise this policy from time to time without any prior notice. It is your responsibility to refer to the version date of the policy and to determine if it has been updated. By continuing to use our Site after the policy has been updated means that you agree to be bound by the revised policy.

 

10. Effect of Policy 

This policy shall apply in conjunction with any other relevant notices, contractual clauses and consent clauses.
