Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use and access of the Here2SupportYou platform which includes the website and services (the “Platform”).

These Terms and our relationship with you shall both be interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of Singapore. These Terms shall be read in conjunction with the (i) Privacy Policy and (ii) Informed Consent for Online Counselling / Coaching Session. These three documents, The Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Informed Consent for Online Counselling / Coaching Session, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Here2Support2.

These Terms posted on the Platform may be updated without notice. Refer to the version date listed with the Terms each time you book a session and review the terms if it is dated after your latest booking.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to the Terms regardless of whether you are a client of Here2SupportYou.

1. Our Services

The Platform serves to connect you with the Therapists, including Coach, Counselors, Psychologists, Social Workers listed in the Platform (the “Therapists”), and enabling you in making appointments and payments.

You agree, accept and acknowledge that the Platform is inappropriate for supporting people who are

under 18 years old
suffering from serious mental health conditions including but not limited to bipolar disorder, illegal drug use/addictions, PTSD, and schizophrenia
having recent or current thoughts of self-harm or harming another person

You agree, accept and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to reach out to medical doctors and/or emergencies departments for appropriate support as needed.

The Therapists do not undertake case management and crisis management while providing services through the Platform.

2. Your responsibility

You hereby confirm at you are at least 18 years old and you will be responsible for

providing accurate information that is necessary for Here2SupportYou to process your booking,
updating contact information in a timely manner,
safe guarding your user account name and password,
safeguarding your digital devices with up-to-date antivirus and security settings.

3. Payment, Rescheduling or cancellation of appointments

Booking can made on web-page: https://www.here2supportyou.com/book-online

Booking can be made between 1-21 days before the session. Payment must be made online at the time of making appointment.

For rescheduling, you need to

i. book a new appointment using the above web-page and

ii. send an email to h2su.info@gmail.com to request for cancellation for your previous appointment.

Rescheduling and cancellation can only be made more than 24 hours in advance of the session. An administrative fee of $20 will be charged for each rescheduling or cancellation.

Payment will not be refunded if it is cancelled in 24 hours or less in advance.

If you are unable to show up within 20 minutes from the beginning of the session, the session will be considered cancelled without refund.

Refund can only be returned through Paypal or Singapore Bank accounts participating in Fast And Secure Transfers (FAST).

Refund will be processed and returned within one week.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

Here2SupportYou will always use its best efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all information. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors. We make no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents of this Site and expressly disclaim liability for errors and omissions in the contents of this Site.

With respect to the content of this Site, neither Here2SupportYou, nor its employees and contractors make any warranty, expressed or implied or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, and the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to content available from this Site or other Internet resources linked from it. Additionally, Here2SupportYou does not assume any legal liability for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, product, or process disclosed herein nor freedom from computer virus, and does not represent that use of such information, product, or process would not infringe on privately owned rights.

The materials posted on this Site could include technical or other mistakes or inaccuracies. Here2SupportYou disclaims all warranties and makes no representations regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness or suitability of the materials on this or any other website, and disclaims any duty to keep this information current or accurate. Here2SupportYou shall have the right, and will work diligently to remove in timely manner, content that may be in violation of this agreement or any rules posted here.

Here2SupportYou may change any information on this Site or any product or service described on this Site, including functionality or performance thereof, any time without notice.

You hereby release us and agree to hold us harmless from any and all course of action and claims of any nature resulting from the use of the Platform, including (but not limited to) any acts, omission, advices of any Therapist and/or staff and/or any information provided on the Platform.

You agree that use of the Platform and the Services of the Therapists is at your own risk to the fullest extent of the law.

You agree that the maximum aggregate liability owed by Here2SupportYou does not exceed the fee for the session. Here2SupportYou will not be liable to you or any third party for any damages resulting from the use of the Platform.

5. Copyright Notice

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:

You may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only you may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge this Site as the source of the material.

You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the Site's content, nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

No photo may be copied or downloaded without the written permission of Here2SupportYou.

This copyright notice does not pertain to information at websites other than this Site.

6. Computer Fraud and Abuse

Unauthorized attempts to upload information and/or change information on this Site are strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.
